Refunds and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through Celesta's Designs via www.celestasdesigns.com.

As many of our products are custom-made and created to order, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

This policy operates in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change of Mind

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our nail art products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

This includes situations such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your design preference after ordering

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • Ordering the wrong product

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing guides, product descriptions, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.

2. Custom Orders

Many products sold by Celesta's Designs are custom designed or personalised according to customer specifications.

Once production of a custom order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you need to make changes to a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to assist where production has not yet started, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing the issue, we may offer one of the following remedies where appropriate:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Repair of the item

  • Refund

The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances and will comply with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to certain remedies if a product:

  • Is faulty

  • Is not as described

  • Does not perform as reasonably expected

If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

If the issue is considered minor, we may choose to provide a repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Incorrect Sizing

Celesta's Designs provides sizing guidance where applicable.

However, we are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.

Because our nail sets are made-to-order, items cannot be refunded or replaced due to sizing errors unless the mistake was made by us.

If you are unsure about sizing before placing an order, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Celesta's Designs is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Delayed by postal services

  • Held by customs for international deliveries

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an inquiry with the shipping provider where possible.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Wix Payments

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but are typically completed within 5–10 business days.

8. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

If production has already started on a custom item, cancellation may not be possible.
