If an order must be cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

All payment information is processed by these providers and is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Celesta's Designs does not store full payment card details.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully completed.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, returns may not be accepted unless the product:

  • Arrives damaged, or

  • Is significantly different from the order placed.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at:

within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • A refund

at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Celesta's Designs is not responsible for disputes related to customer-submitted designs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celesta's Designs shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Delays caused by third parties

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
